We are currently in need of an Office Manager to join our team in North York, Ontario. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for staff supervision, addressing client concerns, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing various administrative tasks. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently supervise direct reports, ensuring smooth operation of the office
  • Address and resolve client concerns and complaints, striving to provide excellent service
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts, including deposit account management and invoicing
  • Oversee human resources tasks such as group benefits management and payroll input
  • Handle incoming sales prospects and international queries, referring some to the President when necessary
  • Provide training and support for all positions as needed
  • Manage IT requirements where skills allow, including system setup for new employees and troubleshooting system errors
  • Monitor production efforts, assist the production team when required, and oversee work assignments
  • Provide accounting support, such as monthly reporting of deposit account balances
  • Perform administrative tasks such as email management, filing report orders, and overseeing the delivery of completed reports
  • Plan and execute social events and luncheons to foster a positive office culture
  • Utilize various software systems such as ADP – Financial Services, Concur, CRM, and Dentrix Dental Software for various tasks
  • Handle accounting functions, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Answer inbound calls and manage customer inquiries and needs.
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
  • Experience with ADP – Financial Services
  • Familiarity with Concur
  • Knowledge of CRM
  • Proficiency in Dentrix Dental Software
  • Experience with About Time
  • Ability to handle Accounting Functions
  • Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Capable of Answering Inbound Calls
