More of ourselves, more to fight for and more moments that matter!THE POSITION: Vacancy Management ManagerAs we look to redefine expectations in Oncology, we need experienced, entrepreneurial-minded leaders to help us on the journey. The Vacancy Management Manager will play an integral role in driving sales performance and activity in an assigned market. The Vacancy Management Manager is responsible for the hiring, development and performance of all field personal in their region for sales and activity This position communicates with staff and client managers to ensure territories are properly staffed, messaging is clear and accurate, coaches, counsels and directs the sales team to provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. The Vacancy Management Manager will need to observe and identify opportunities and challenges and subsequently develop, plan, implement, and follow through with action plans to positively influence opportunities and challenges within and through their team; this includes the development of team members towards corporate growth. Evaluation of success, optimizing the opportunity and effectively communicating results to partners and EVERSANA internal stakeholders.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional growth and development through regular feedback, goal setting and skill building activities.
  • Works closely with client leadership with ensure a high level of execution against strategies and tactics
  • Cultivate a ‘high trust’ culture that inspires excellence, puts people first, and works together to bring out the best in individuals with an unwavering commitment to patients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and teams to develop comprehensive brand and sales strategies and lead the execution of these strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
  • Work with Leadership, Human Resources and Talent Acquisition to lead the recruitment, development, and retention of top-tier talent
  • Establish goals and monitor performance against targets
  • Identify and prioritize key accounts, including oncologists, hospitals, and cancer treatment centers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders in the GYN/ONC therapeutic area
  • Conduct market analysis to understand regional trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
  • Collaborate with marketing, medical affairs, and other cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging

Coordinate in-field activity to achieve results and agreed-upon Specialty targets * Maximize market, segment, and team dynamics to drive both top- and bottom-line results

  • Ensure smooth, collaborative efforts in both day to day and long-term business execution

  • Coach, mentor, educate and develop direct and indirect team members to enhance individual selling skills and elevate overall team performance
  • Hold direct reports accountable to behaviors and expectations
  • Interview, select and supervise the activities of the department staff; communicate interpret and discuss with team the company policies and procedures.
  • Determine job objectives, work methods and performance standards; review performance relative to departmental objectives discussion appraisal with each employee and performance; authorize and communicate salary changes, promotions, transfers, discipline and discharge and administer all other personnel actions.

QualificationsMINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university required
  • 3 – 5 years of oncology experience
  • Minimum of 3+ years of sales management experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience leveraging knowledge and expertise to build strong relationships with HCPs, pharmacies, and other key stakeholders
  • A sound understanding of GPOs, Payers, NCCN Guidelines and Clinical Pathways
  • Product marketing, specialty pharmacy, payer and state society experience a plus
  • Strong organizational skills in order to maintain a high level of productivity, innovation and priority-setting in order to complete assignments on-time and on-budget
  • Proven ability to think strategically and work with a high level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for effectively interfacing with all levels of management and departments within the company.
  • Advanced business analytical skills to identify trends, opportunities and threats
  • Ability to problem solve and determine actions to drive business or overcome challenges
  • Ability to utilize corporate reporting tools and technology
  • Demonstrates solid clinical product knowledge
  • Business analysis and planning skills that drive field reimbursement objectives
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to deliver candid, effective feedback and efficiently manage performance
