You will play a key role in helping the student meet their academic targets and develop crucial life skills.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored one-to-one support to the student across various subjects.
• Assist with social, emotional, and behavioural development.
• Help the student engage with classroom activities and overcome learning barriers.
• Work collaboratively with the teaching staff to implement the EHCP.
• Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience working with students with SEMH and Cognition & Learning needs.
• Patience, empathy, and a supportive approach.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• Commitment to the student’s personal and academic development.
