Job Overview:We are looking for a highly motivated and organised Online Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our online store while also managing the retail shop on game days. This role is ideal for someone with experience in e-commerce, retail management, and customer service who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:Online Shop Management:Manage the day-to-day operations of the online store, ensuring smooth functionality and a positive customer experience.Update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory to keep the online shop current.Process online orders, coordinate shipping, and manage returns or exchanges.Monitor and analyse sales trends to optimize product offerings and promotions.Ensure customer inquiries via email or online chat are handled promptly and professionally.Work with the marketing team to develop online promotional campaigns and social media strategies.Maintain accurate inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for restocking needs.Game Day Shop Management:Set up and manage the physical retail shop during game days, ensuring a well-organized and visually appealing store layout.Oversee in-person sales transactions, handle cash and card payments securely.Provide excellent customer service to fans and visitors.Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking before and after game days.How to applyPlease send your CV and a covering letter to adam.johnson@bedfordtigersrlfc.com
