To amplify awareness of LGBTQ+ matters and advocate for the rights that ensure equal lives for all.

With a diverse and dedicated year-round team of around 150 volunteers, we orchestrate Pride in London, the incredible event that unites us all. Your unique voice can contribute to the symphony!

Your Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive and reliable person to provide administrative support to the Senior Leaders with the Operations and Events Planning Team. As the Administrator, you will be organising meetings, preparing agendas and taking accurate meeting notes with actions clearly defined. Supporting diary management, preparing meeting materials, supporting with general administration tasks and being a pivotal point of contact for our senior teams.

Your Team

The Operations and Event Planning team is responsible for many things, including Pride Day Operations, Partner Networking Events, Broadcasting, Accessibility and many many more. Our team is large and we are looking for fun and dynamic individuals to add to our number.

Good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work with a wide range of people

Knowledge of MS Office Suite, Google Workspace

Pride in London is run in majority by a group of volunteers who are passionate about equality and diversity. We are a not-for-profit organisation, and any surplus funds we raise are used to support the LGBT+ communities and improve the event.

Pride in London includes people of every race and faith, whether disabled or able-bodied, and all sexualities and genders including lesbian, gay, bisexual, asexual, queer, questioning, intersex, trans*, genderqueer, gender variant or non-binary as well as straight and cis allies.
