RSK Ordnance Management (RSK-OM) part of RSK Group, offers services within the bomb disposal and unexploded ordnance (UXO) sector, together with assessments of impacts relating to subsequent and possible ground and environmental contamination risks.

RSK-OM supports RSK businesses and additional clients with services including bomb disposal, UXO and ordnance management, risk assessments, ground investigation, ground contamination remediation and environmental impact mitigation. It also supports and contributes to the vital area of UXO research and investigation, both on land and in marine environments.

We are now hiring for a Operations Co-ordinator in the Royston area, Hertfordshire.

The Operations Team is made up of supporting personnel and UXO engineers with varying skills and expertise within the UXO sector. The team delivers both proactive start up support, and the ongoing, more reactive mitigation of various products and services.

The Operations Team similarly has proactive and reactive elements, managing services, and assisting the Sales, Accountants, and Technical Staff in resolving faults/requests raised on sites around the UK

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinating the ground engineers and liaising with clients, supporting their requirements and services
  • Work closely with the Principal Consultant, who manages the daily running of all department
  • Assisting the Sales, Accountants, and Technical Staff in resolving faults/requests raised on sites around the UK.
  • Customer orders and support requests are both managed on internal IT systems. Ongoing monitoring and management of the overall workload, which is a constant moving picture, is also a vital part of the role, to best organise, utilise and adapt resources to deliver excellent service to our customers

Person Specification:

  • Good IT skills, with a focus on producing accurate, timely work and reports
  • Good knowledge of UK geography and an understanding of the roads network.
  • Strong administration skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Great interpersonal skills and a confident communicator
  • Ideally experience using a CRM System

Salary & Benefits:
