The primary functions include:

  • Putting together RFP / Proposals and once awarded contracts; plans, staffs, organizes, and oversees day to day operations of projects from start to finish ensuring scope, schedule and budget needs are met.
  • Delivering on contracts, communicating with the project team and stakeholders.
  • Managing risks and issues, monitors progress to ensure the project stays on track. Evaluates projects success and identifies areas for improvement for future projects.

The Project Manager will also support the administrative upkeep of key systems and databases, issuing and approving P.O.s, coding and approving expenses and invoices, as well as coordinating travel and scheduling for employees.This is a full-time in-person role based in our Anchorage office with field travel approximately 20% of the time. This position requires occasional overtime on evenings and/or weekendsKey responsibilities

  • Bidding work / Completing RFP / Proposals
  • Establishing and Maintaining relationships with Clients
  • Screening / Interviewing / Hiring of Personnel
  • Project onboarding
  • Day to day operational management
  • Achieve operational objectives and KPIs
  • Onboarding, training database & compliance
  • Sourcing for gaps in coverage of Clinics and Safety staffing
  • Coordinating with Medical Director
  • Submitting Collaborative Medical Plans to the State Medical Board
  • Remote Team Scheduling
  • Coordinate Travel / Logistics
  • CME tracking / approval
  • Tracking Licensing / Certifications Renewals & Submittals
  • Database management
  • ISNetworld Administrator
  • Paychex time entry & approval
  • Concur Expense / P.O.’s / Invoice Coding & Approval
  • Auditing / Reporting / Corrective Actions
  • Technical Editor
  • Assist with Remote Medical Policies, Procedures, Guidelines, Plans, and Program Development & Implementation
  • Monthly / Quarterly Client Clinic Utilization Reports / Dashboards
  • Cross train with the other Project Manager of Remote Medical & Safety
  • Other Duties as Necessary

About youThe successful incumbent must have excellent computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; the aptitude to learn and develop in the field of Remote Medical & Safety; the ability to time manage, work under pressure and problem solve.This is a very fast-paced and intense job. Proven leadership skills, excellent communication (both written & verbal), interpersonal and negotiation skills are required.Minimum Requirements

  • High school education required
  • Four Year College Degree (preferred)
  • Remote Medical and Safety Experience (preferred)
  • Medical Experience (preferred)
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time
  • Must have corrected vision for computer entry
  • Must be able to lift 35 lbs
