You will be part of a rapidly growing team in the field of net zero and energy efficient homes, supporting the commercial and funded research programmes across the group.
We are a flexible dynamic team so we are looking for a candidate with experience in developing and embedding new management systems, excellent communication skills, a commitment to team working and a flexible approach that can deliver for the whole team.
You will engage and manage external relationships, develop and embed project, resource, and financial management to enable to team to scale up whilst effectively managing a wide portfolio of activities. You will work directly with the team to manage this change.

About Energy House…
Energy House Labs at the University of Salford has a growing international profile, and we are recruiting to grow. The unit runs across 5 labs and external fieldwork and consultancy, running a wide variety of large and small projects focused on net zero homes and building performance. The team is outward facing and have a wide number of industry and policy relationships, as well as a high media profile. We are a well-integrated team and have a strongly supportive workplace culture with a delivery focus, which has led to rapid growth.
