As a pan-European wholesaling and retail company we do that in many ways be that via our 490 plus community pharmacies, 13 nationwide distribution depots or our growing specialty services portfolio.About the Role : As Operations Manager you will be responsible for managing a variety of colleagues, influencing stakeholders , ensuring service and performance levels are achieved and that the highest quality standards are maintained at all times.You will be responsible for ensuring that all relevant regulatory and legal requirements are fulfilled.As Operations Manager you will lead on a multitude of depot initiatives by effectively managing the processes, ensuring service and performance levels are achieved within defined financial and operational objectives.In this role you will ensure effective team and company communications are cascaded within your location, effectively encouraging involvement and positive commitment throughout the depot.
