This position will travel 25% nationally, as needed.Leidos QTC Health Services collaborates closely with government and non-government customers to address current and future program needs within the health services domain. We specialize in disability-focused medical examinations, independent medical exams and review services, occupational health services, diagnostic testing, and case management solutions. - Manage processes and procedures to ensure a timely and quality completion of work according to client’s contractual obligations
- Manage day-to-day team activities and assignments for case specialists
- Verify and direct supervisors are ensuring appropriate CPT and CLIN codes are assigned to each case
- Manage and monitor correct examinations, tests and specialists required for each case is confirmed through training and quality check processes
- Ensure team coordination and communication to effectively and efficiently complete the operational workflow
- Assist in providing timely and exceptional training for telehealth and mobile clinical operations scheduling teams
- Communicate with internal and external customers to best serve the RSD program
- Manage and troubleshoot the resolution of claimant, provider, and client issues
- Communicate with operational teams and other departments companywide to ensure the use of best practices operational excellence in workflow standardization methodologies
- Train team members on workflow and contractual modifications expeditiously
- Develop and adhere to processes focused on exceptional customer service and ensure immediate escalation of issues which can negatively impact QTC reputation.
- Evaluate employees’ job performance as associated to workflow processes
- Prepare timely weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Develop an excellent working knowledge of all contracts covered by the mobile clinical operations department
- Maintain scheduling standards for all contracts
- Exceed delivery and timeliness goals per operational KPI’s
- Coordinate with departmental leadership and others as needed for workflows, policy and procedure updates
- Communicate daily with the various departments within Business Operations to ensure mission success
- Hold weekly meetings with all applicable departments (VAO, CLS, PR, etc) to discuss operational strategies and updates
- Identify and resolve all workflow concerns
- Report overall progress to departmental leadership efficiently and effectively
You must have:
- A bachelor’s degree in business or accounting, or related field from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education
- 7 years of demonstrated management/supervisory and project management experience
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative and be self-motivated
- The ability to effectively manage competing priorities with a sense of urgency
- Sound knowledge and understanding of medical terminology and body systems
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written in the English language
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate effectively
- Proficient in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suites
- Strong working knowledge of electronic scheduling systems
- Strong working knowledge of EMR’s
- The skills necessary to analyze information, problems, procedures and situations
- The ability to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation
