Working as part of the EV Cargo Solutions team you will be required to manage the day to day requirements of EV Cargo Solutions customers in terms of provision of transport resource through our operating partners, and any reporting or post-delivery requirements.The Role
Join us as a Post Delivery Coordinator within our Operations team where you will be working on large-scale contracts. You will be a valued member of the operation, helping us to achieve and surpass service and financial targets.

SHIFT INFORMATION:
Monday to Friday – 9 hour shift – 1 hour unpaid lunch break
WHERE YOU WILL BE BASED:
You will be based at our head office in Ashby de la ZouchMain duties include:Maintain accurate and timely communications with clients and operating partners to maintain high standards of service.
Accurate and timely reporting of information in respect of proof of delivery documentation.
Process and track returns back to customer locations
Maintain accurate information and databases to provide an audit trail for all transactions with clients and operating partners.
Maintain and create reports as required
Provide support to the contract team as required.Key skills and experience required:Previous admin / customer service experience.
Excellent administration skills
Excellent IT skills.
Experience of Windows 10 in a business capacity.
Excellent communication skills including polite telephone manner.Person Specification:A team player with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
