The Visitor Operations Team are responsible for many of Kew’s visitor facing and customer focused teams, including the Visitor Hosting Team at our entrance gates, the Visitor Information Team, and the Kew Explorer Team. (PDF, 122.2kb)More detailsSuccessful candidates will have experience working with in an administrative-type role, will be an excellent communicator (written and verbal), and will be highly proficient in Microsoft Office and IT programmes. In particular, this role involves technical skill working with Microsoft Excel on a daily basis, and requires a deeper understanding of Excel including formula management, formatting, and pivot tables, in order to work with complex rosters, staff records and pay claims.This is a part-time role at 25 hours per week and a working pattern of five days a week (Monday to Friday), specific hours can be discussed and agreed on interview.This role is based at Kew with the option of regular home working, subject to operational requirements.The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew (RBG Kew) is a leading plant science institute, UNESCO World Heritage Site, and major visitor attraction.
