- Manage and streamline day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and documentation.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
- Implement and maintain processes to improve operational workflows and productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management.
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects to drive business growth and success.
- Support and report to sales and management team
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in organisation and administration
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve results
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
