Apply now and make a real difference in the success of businesses across Canada!Your roleThe Operations Specialist, Partner Services provides excellent customer service and maintains strong interdepartmental relationships while ensuring proficiency with all auditing procedures and lease transaction processing.We are currently looking to fill two positions on the Partner Services team.​Successful incumbentCustomer focused. Communication. Relationship management.

  • Review and audit leasing documentation, ensuring all applicable standards and policies apply.
  • Enter and audit lease information into system.
  • Verify lease information is consistent, accurate and correct, which includes verifying lessee identity is correct, speaking with the actual lessee to verify information is accurate.
  • Complete manual processes when necessary (manual adjustments, pay requisitions. emails etc.).
  • Resolve broker inquiries.
  • Support team members, which include coverage of team members desks to ensure all work is completed.
  • Liaise with brokers, vendors, lessee and sale to provide on-going support and business.
  • Improve departmental processes.
  • Participate in Business Continuity Plan that may include work from home program. Communicate directly with internal partners, vendors, customers, and external professionals.
  • Focus on and provide quality customer service at all times.
  • Exercise discretion and respect the confidentiality of all customer and vendor transactions.
  • Develop and maintain positive and respectful working relationships with fellow employees.
  • Engage in corporate culture and volunteer activities.
  • Build, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships.

SkillsFoundational knowledge and experience to grow from

  • Post secondary education related to business administration or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience is required.
  • Focus on exceptional customer service, teamwork, and communication.
