Operations Support ManagerAre you a dynamic, organised leader with a passion for security and a hands-on approach? Bidvest Noonan invites you to explore a fantastic opportunity as Operations Support Manager to support the operation and site teams. Our Operations Support Manager provide support to the Operations Team as well as our clients and internal departments to ensure that exceptional service levels are continually delivered.The role is designed to support our Operations Team for a number of large contracts, providing administrative and operational support as well as liaising with other departments and suppliers in order to provide the best service possible to clients.This is a varied and fast paced role within a busy group of teams! The right candidate will be expected to use their own initiative and be capable of thinking on their feet to resolve queries or issues.Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prioritise tasks effectively to ensure each task is completed efficiently
  • First point of contact for operation and site teams enquiries, to respond to and resolve customer requests through telephone calls and email.
  • Providing advice, guidance and training to other to site team for using systems.
  • Place orders for equipment, products and uniforms for site, arranging services such as with external service providers if needed..
  • Provide a professional service in all internal and external communications.
  • Adhoc and administration duties within the team – spreadsheets, presentations, letters etc
  • Raising PO’s, and liaising closely with our suppliers to chase up any outstanding deliveries or issues relating to same.
  • Invoicing queries support
  • Assisting with pay queries.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, customer support and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to resolve issues or problems and work as part of a team or independently.
  • Excellent written and numeracy skills for preparing rosters, timesheets, and various reports.
  • The ability to prioritise and manage a dynamic workload
  • Strong MS Office skills -Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Dependable and flexible
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
