Are you an Organisational Development professional looking for a new challenge?We’re looking for an Organisational Development Consultant to join our Organisational Effectiveness team at Sovereign Network Group (SNG). This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively across the Corporate Strategy and People (CSP) team, contributing strategically to the CSP centre of excellence model that will leverage our assets (knowledge, skills, people) to provide the right level of service to SNG.Based from our office in Wembley, you’ll combine home and office working to ensure a positive work / life balance. There may be some occasional travel to our other offices, including Basingstoke, for meetings or workshops.It’s a really exciting time to join us as Sovereign have joined forces with Network Homes to form SNG (Sovereign Network Group). Together we provide over 84,000 homes and invest in communities across London and the South of England – our purpose being to provide quality affordable homes and places that people love for generations.The RoleYou’ll provide thought leadership and direction to the business through the design, development and delivery of organisational development initiatives across a range of specialisms including, talent management and succession planning, performance management, leadership development, EDI, employee engagement as well as change and culture programmes. You’ll work across the business to drive continued growth and development of organisational capability.Responsibilities include:

  • Developing long term partnerships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, to identify and lead on organisational development initiatives and activities that drive organisational development and achieve SNG’s corporate plan
  • Leading the design, development, and implementation of EDI initiatives to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
  • Leading the design, development, and implementation of Employee Engagement and Wellness initiatives, including appropriate Employee Resource Groups, that support SNG’s employee value proposition and employee life cycle, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
  • Designing, developing and delivering programmes, training and other solutions to a range of stakeholders across the business, assessing return on investment and quality of content
  • Using business analytics to measure the impact of organisational development interventions across the business, making recommendations for improvement, change and growth

What we’re looking forYou should have strong experience as an Organisational Development professional, with proven experience in translating requirements into measurable organisational development strategy and development plans.You’ll also need:

  • Strong knowledge of leadership development programmes, including coaching and mentoring, talent, and succession etc
  • Expertise in designing, developing, and implementing EDI initiatives
  • Expertise in designing, developing, and implementing Employee Engagement and Wellbeing initiatives
  • Proven ability to design and deliver root cause analysis and gap assessment for skills and behaviours
  • In-depth background in Management development, including design, delivery, and evaluation
  • Experience of rolling out large scale change and culture programmes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships
  • Great people skills, with sophisticated negotiation and conflict resolution style
  • An Occupational Psychology qualification and/or Level 1/2 psychometrics are desirable
