You will provide excellent patient care & work closely with Patients, Radiographers, Radiologists, Consultants & all departments across the Nuffield Hospital. You will have enthusiasm, dedication, commitment and a keen eye for attention to detail to provide and deliver a high quality diagnostic imaging service whist undertaking a wide variety of duties.As an Administrator you will:Support the Outpatients departmentProvide a first class customer serviceAttend & book appointments for patientsAnswer face to face and telephone enquiriesTake paymentsBe a part of a dynamic and friendly teamTo succeed as an Administrator you will:Have great people skills with the ability to treat patients with compassion and empathyAbility to manage, appraise and interpret the right data, and to present it in a timely and professional mannerHave good IT and keyboard skillsHave experience within an administrative or customer facing environmentHave knowledge of medical terminology (Desirable)If you like what you see, why not start your application now? It has excellent transport links nearby, being very close to the M5 and A417. The hospital has 33 ensuite private bedrooms, 3 theatres and a small ambulatory unit. It also hosts a purpose built close observation unit, 12 consulting rooms with access to treatment rooms, diagnostic services including; plain x-ray, MRI, CT, mammography and ultrasound.
