Care Assistant

Home Instead provides CQC rated outstanding care to locals in their own homes, across Windsor, Runnymede & West Spelthorne.

We give highly personalised care, supporting the independence, happiness and health of our clients and we are passionate about our Care Workers satisfaction to deliver the best possible service and experience for all involved. We have a mission to make the experience of giving and receiving care what it should be.

We’re looking for Care Assistants in and around Addlestone to visit our local clients in their own homes providing support to live independently. Our high-quality care is rated CQC Outstanding, with upwards of 1-hour visits and your own regular clients with whom you will build a bond. Duties can include:

  • Personal care – supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming to keep them healthy and independent
  • Companionship – ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
  • Help with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework
  • Accompanying clients to appointments, shopping, or attending social/community events
  • Assisting your client with their medication

If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Healthcare Assistant, Carer or Support Worker we would love to hear from you! If you do not have experience, we provide full training from the start, so we also love to hear from you too.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Part-time hours: 10-35 per week

Salary: £11.50-£15.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Addlestone: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
