Offer Title: Oxfam Anbar Office is seeking an experienced Business Development Consultant to provide professional consultation services to our beneficiaries, focusing on supporting start-ups and SMEs in Anbar Province.

Oxfam, a registered International Non-Governmental Organization and a member of Oxfam International, invites your submission of an offer for the position of Business Development Consultant to provide professional consultation services to our beneficiaries, focusing on supporting start-ups and SMEs in Anbar Province.
Oxfam International is a confederation of 17 organizations working together in 98 countries with partners and other allies around the world. Our activities include development cooperation, humanitarian action, fair trade, social mobilization, campaigns, and education for global citizenship.
We are conducting an offer process within Iraq and invite your submission of an offer under the conditions detailed in the attached RFQ and Terms of Reference (ToR).
Offers must be submitted to the address below in sealed envelopes, filled up, and signed with IQD:

Please address the following points in your RFQ, as non-compliance may lead to exclusion:
- Demonstrate experience & work in the field of business development.
- Provide the duration of the implementation/delivery of the project/items.
- Confirm ability to work/deliver in the mentioned project area.
- Specify the preferred payment method (Bank Transfer, cheque, or cash). Note that bank transfer is preferred by Oxfam.
- State the validity of the offer in months.
- Fill, sign, and stamp the RFQ and ToR.
- Ensure the priced offer is in IQD.
- Refer to the attached ToR for all details before submitting your offer.
- Submit a very clear financial offer within IQD.
Offers can be submitted in hard copy in a sealed envelope with the RFQ Number
