Youll have exposure to confidential information so it is important that you are sensitive to this. You’ll ideally have done some PA work before, be organised and practical, a real team player and someone who thrives on multitasking.This role has come up through an internal promotion of our current PA; we’re very happy to support personal development and offer opportunities for broader exposure within the hospital. We are offering 30 hours per week which can be split over 4 or 5 days. - Good standard of secondary education with English skills demonstrable to GSCE pass level or equivalent standard
- NVQ level 4 in business admin or equivalent level of experience
Knowledge and experienceEssential
- Experience working as a Personal Assistant or in business administration
- Working as part of a team and independently
Desirable
- Experience within an Acute Trust or other healthcare sector
- Previous experience of working in an extremely busy environment
- Budget holding experience
