If so, we have an amazing opportunity for you.It’s grow time and we’re looking for a dynamic professional to join our Thrive Cannabis Facility as a Packaging Associate. In this role, you will report directly into the Manger, Packaging and help us deliver high quality products to our consumers and patients. From packaging to labelling to shipping, you will support all aspects of the packaging cycle to ensure our consumers / patients receive their products in a timely and efficient manner.   • Package and label our finished cannabis products for shipping
  • Maintain equipment, tools, and records for packaging tasks and ensure all records meet Cannabis Act Good Production Practice (GPP) standards
  • Ensure a safe and healthy workplace by following all required internal protocols and maintaining high levels of cleanliness at the facility
  • Support process improvements in the packaging cycle by identifying bottlenecks, recommending solutions, and updating required documents

You’re the perfect fit if you have…

  • Two years of experience in a productional environment (we would also welcome an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience)
  • Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent record keeping abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills capable of navigating complex challenges with a positive attitude
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to connect with others and excel in a collaborative environment

Bonus points if you have…

  • Prior work experience in a pharmaceutical GMP environment or in sanitation
  • Strong understanding of GMP

Additional things you should know…

  • You will wear PPE for extended periods of time in this role and may be required to travel
  • You will be exposed to an environment with fluctuating temperatures or noise levels that may require you to lift 50lbs+ and stand, sit, bend or reach for extended periods of times
