West London Children’s Healthcare are seeking a dynamic, proactive and highly motivated individual to join the Outpatient administrative and clerical team who takes responsibility and pride in providing high level and timely service. You will be an integral member of the team providing effective day-to-day clerical support to facilitate the smooth running of the department. Our paediatric team provide a wide range of specialist and general services. We are looking for candidates dedicated to delivering excellent patient experience, who are comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Main duties of the jobDuties include but are not limited to:

  • Booking, rescheduling outpatient appointments as per Elective Access Policy booking rules.
  • Monitoring electronic Patient Tracking Lists and clinic utilisation.
  • Performing appointment reminder calls, answering the telephone, intercom.
  • Meeting and greeting staff, patients and visitors.
  • Maintaining up to date electronic records.
  • Meeting National NHS targets.
