  • Actively participating in the ideation and execution of client strategies
  • Collaborating closely with Senior Account Managers and cross-functional teams on single- or multi-channel campaigns
  • Driving the creation and execution of account development plans to enhance client performance and sustain growth
  • Managing client performance through ongoing optimization, innovation, daily checks, and adherence to best practices
  • Ensuring exceptional management of client budgets, including pacing and avoiding over- or underspending
  • Guiding and mentoring Paid Media Executives, focusing on both technical expertise and professional development.
  • Assisting with data collation and analysis to create insightful reports
  • Preparing and delivering high-quality reporting summaries and executive overviews
  • Identifying trends, anomalies, and performance issues within data, troubleshooting
  • Delivering exceptional client communication and service standards within the assigned portfolio
  • Serving as a point of excellence for collaboration within the wider business.
  • Driving innovation to improve client outcomes while ensuring all activities align with established best practices

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Degree-level education or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Native speaker of Japanese, Chinese or Korean
  • Demonstrable passion, experience and knowledge of Paid Media platforms (including PPC and/or Paid Social), minimum 1-2 years of experience in Paid Search, specifically across Search Engines (Google, Microsoft etc.)
  • Experience and knowledge of local Search Engines (Baidu, Yahoo! Japan and Naver etc.) would be an advantage
  • Strong Microsoft Office/Google Workspace skills which must include Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs and PowerPoint/Google Slides
  • Proven track record of working to and meeting deadlines
  • Proven time management skills, strong project management skills, experience and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proven ability to think critically and creatively, with an impeccable attention to detail
  • Proactive approach to ways of working & problem solving, with the confidence to question the norms
  • Strong communication, organisation & presentation skills.
  • Thrives working in a team setting
  • Mathematically minded and comfortable working with large numbers
