The Best Connection Group Ltd are currently recruiting for experienced Paint Preppers to work for our client based in Banbury, an automotive paint production facility. Immediate positions available !!!

Shift patterns – Choose between:

• Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 14:00
• Monday to Friday, 14:00 – 22:00

Pay rates:

• AM shift – Grade 2 £12.42 per hour,
• PM shift – Grade 2: £13.48 per hour,
• Overtime rates, after 37.5 hours and Saturdays pay £17.58 per hour, and £23.44 per hour on Sundays and Bank Holidays

Duties of a Paint Prepper include:

• Applying a primer or clear coat prior to being spray painted

Removal of dirt from the surface and parts due for painting.

Preparing Surfaces using hand tools to sand and use of DA

Prep vehicles to a very high standard ensuring to ensure paint is applied properly.

Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy

Skills of a Paint Prepper include:

• Good attention to detail
• Highly motivated
• Good communication skills
• Experience is essential

Positions are ongoing which may lead to permanent work following a successful trial period. Immediate starts are available.
