Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?We are looking for an experienced PAM Systems Support Analyst-HashiCorp Vault who has strong Linux and secret management background to join our fast-growing team to help us support cutting-edge identity and access management services. The ideal candidate is passionate about information security and securing and protecting privileged accounts, credentials, and non-human access across tools, applications, etc. and is passionate about making developers more efficient through DevOps. Success in this role requires direct experience in supporting secret management platforms, privileged access management and information security. In this role, you will support mission critical enterprise wide services which will require being available on call.What will you do?

  • Responsible for supporting enterprise wide services in the IAM domain, primarily including secret management and privileged access management services.
  • Interface with RBC engineering teams to maintain and support secret management infrastructure and services under management.
  • Manage incidents and problems for in-scope systems.
  • Perform root cause analysis to in-scope systems, identify improvements, and drive to implementation.
  • Research and perform performance tuning to improve system performance.
  • Provide technical leadership on support duties and guarantee deliverables.
  • Responsible for documenting detailed support procedures.
  • Work collectively within a dynamic team.
  • Lead and mentor junior members of the team.

What do you need to succeed?Must-have

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of IAM experience with strong knowledge in support of HashiCorp Vault.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Linux system administration experience.
  • Knowledge of Cloud platforms and technologies. E.g. Kubernetes, OCP, PCF, Postman, Fusion API.
  • Experience in support of web applications, authentication methods, load balancers, SSL certificates, and Disaster Recovery concept.
  • Experience in installing, upgrading, and patching vendor products.
  • Excellent problem solving skills coupled with the ability to collaborate with and lead teams toward resolution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on working within a geographically distributed team.
  • Display a strong sense of urgency, work with minimum supervision, and bias for positive action with a history of delivering results.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in PAM solutions, e.g. CyberArk PAS
  • Experience in creation and manipulation of YUM install files.
  • Experience in application performance monitoring (APM) tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, Zabbix, Logstash, etc.
  • Experience in Windows servers administration.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP configurations.
  • Knowledge and experience with audit requirements, risk, and compliance processes and procedures.
  • Professional certifications, e.g. HashiCorp Vault, CyberArk (Defender and Sentry), ITIL, GCIH, CISSP, GSEC, etc.
