The part-time Administrator position requires a meticulous individual adept at handling various secretarial and business support tasks within a not-for-profit organisation.The key responsibilities of a Part-time Administrator candidate will include, but may not be limited to;

  • Ensure smooth running of the office through effective organisation and coordination.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as correspondence, document preparation, and data entry.
  • Provide support to the team in the form of scheduling, meeting arrangements, and logistics handling.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Maintain and update confidential records and databases.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with organisation’s policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Immediate Start OpportunityA interim position for a part-time roleA successful ‘part-time Administrator’ should have:

  • A strong educational background in administration, business management or a related field.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in office software such as MS Office Suite and database systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A meticulous eye for detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to commute to Newton Le Willows.
