Bowker Preston is looking for a Part-time Aftersales Booking Agent.Your roleA new part-time Aftersales Booking Agent position has arisen within Bowker Motor Group at the BMW & MINI Centre on Preston Docklands.The objective of the position is to drive work into our Aftersales department to increase profitability, making inbound and outbound calls to existing Bowker customers with customer satisfaction and retention being our main focus.Working days are Wednesday and Thursday 8:30am – 17:30pm, with Saturday mornings 8:30am – 12:30pm on a rota basis paid at overtime.Your profileThe successful candidate will be an excellent communicator who is driven, has a passion for customer service, with an outstanding telephone manner and can demonstrate the following qualities and knowledge:
- Passion for customer service
- Ability to manage own workload
- Excellent phone manner
- Previous contact centre experience is an advantage
- Ability to close sales
- Target driven
- Enthusiastic
- Ability to work under pressure
- Able up work as part of a team whilst using own initiative
- Maximise business opportunity, upselling products
