Vines of Guildford is looking for a Part-time BMW Host.Your roleAre you passionate about customer service? Vines of Guildford has an exciting opportunity to join the team as a BMW Host. If you are looking for a bustling and varied role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.What you will be doing:

• You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers calling or visiting our showroom.
• As well as greeting our guests you will be carrying out a variety of daily administrative and “housekeeping” tasks to ensure to ensure our showroom standards are always met.
• You will also play key part in liaising with our service and sales team to support customer introductions for appointments and walk-ins.
• Our hosts also work closely with the HR department to offer an excellent onboarding experience by welcoming our new starters into the business including the ordering of any equipment.

Hours: 18 per week – Wednesday & Thursday – 8am to 6pm.Your profile

• The ideal candidate will understand the brand image and be passionate about the customer experience, along with being committed, punctual and friendly.
• A customer-centric approach to all interactions is essential, as well as the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure as a part of a busy team.
• A high degree of computer literacy with the ability to grasp new systems quickly
• Great attention to detail and strong organisational ability
• A good team player who equally can work on their own initiative
