Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Issue job offers, coordinate onboarding, and manage the offboarding process.
- Employee Check-Ins: Conduct one-month check-ins with new starters.
- Probation Management: Coordinate the probationary process and send reminders to managers.
- Contract Administration: Handle contract variations such as pay changes, promotions, and internal transfers.
- Absence Management: Oversee the absence management system.
- Training Coordination: Log appraisals and organise training for office staff and managers.
- Administrative Support: Assist the Senior HR Advisor with tasks like minute-taking and drafting letters.
- Recruitment Assistance: Post job adverts, schedule interviews, and conduct initial screenings.
- HR Projects: Assist in the delivery of HR projects and initiatives.
- Employee Queries: Handle queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Compliance: Ensure all HR information complies with GDPR.
What we are looking for:
- Experience: Previous experience in HR Administration (minimum 1 year)
- Knowledge: Good understanding of employment law is an advantage.
- Skills: Excellent attention to detail, IT proficiency, and strong communication skills.
- Attributes: Confident, friendly, organised, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
