Part-time Project Manager: Cultural Psychiatry and Health Inequalities (CHiMES)
Department of Psychiatry, Warneford Hospital, Oxford OX3 7JXWe are looking to appoint a Part-time Project Manager (50% FTE) to support a project on ethnicity and multimorbidity. The work is led by Professor Kam Bhui in Oxford, with University, NHS and NGO partners around England. The post is based in the in the Department of Psychiatry, at the Warneford Hospital.The post is for a fixed term (funded to 31 May 2026).You will provide full administrative and project management support, including devising and implementing office administrative systems and procedures. You will oversee the day-to-day logistics of the study, liaising with partners, making arrangements for meetings and travel, and providing administrative oversight on financial matters.You should have an undergraduate degree in a relevant subject or relevant experience. With excellent administrative and project management skills you should have experience of managing multiple administrative duties within an academic setting, along with the ability to use initiative to plan and organise complex activities and programmes. An understanding of data management is essential as is an excellent range of IT skills (including MS Word, Excel, Access). Experience of managing multi-site projects would be desirable.You will be required to upload a supporting statement, a CV, and details of two referees as part of your online application.The closing date for this post is 12.00 midday on 17 June 2024
