Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers with groups of children
- Provide regular updates on student progress
- Support children’s personal needs, including minor first aid
- Help monitor student development in collaboration with parents and teachers
- Work on a 1:1 basis or in small groups with pupils
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children
- Passion for supporting children’s development
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English, Grade C or higher
- Enhanced DBS (we can assist with this)
- Classroom management skills
