HP Partner Programs Manager’s primary function is to act as digital co-marketing consultant and MDF business lead in support of increasing sales pipeline via with an assigned set of top partners. Additionally, this role will be the team expert supporting utilization of data insights to drive demand generation across our Channel Partners. Preparation of reports for key executive reviews and other ad hoc reporting will be essential.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop Tailored Marketing & Sales Enablement Plan, Drive Activation and Measure Effectiveness
- Plan, manage, and optimize Market Development Fund (MDF) utilization to align with HP business priorities and facilitate activities that spur demand generation and growth
- Work closely with Partner Business Managers and Alliance Partners on account strategy and planning
- Become the trusted Co-Marketing and Enablement Advisor for your accounts
- Define, manage and own key performance metrics associated with plans
- Utilizing key data insights to develop strategic marketing plans to drive demand generation
- Assistance to prepare executive reviews, quarterly business reviews and other ad hoc reporting
Knowledge and Skills:
- Brings a deep understanding of channel program model requirements and ability to adapt them within the HP context
- Demonstrates ability to lead effectively in a complex and global environment and deliver results; and to influence strategic direction while incorporating key HP stakeholder perspectives
- Embodies a strong work ethic and results-oriented approach with exceptional executive presentation, communication, and project management skills
- Excellent project management skills, including project structuring and managing multiple work streams independently
- Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting
- Established communication skills at an executive-level, middle-management level as well as to external stakeholders in English (Flemish and French would be an advantage)
- Digital savviness relative to market dynamics, relevant solutions, and deployment and measurement
- Excellent analytical thinking & data analysis, problem solving skills, good business and financial acumen
Education & Experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communications;
- Experience developing channel partner business and communications
- Direct experience with channel partners an advantage but not essential
