What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Fusion Partner Engagement and Brand Awareness, you will support the Fusion and TI&I Risk Governance portfolio, with a focus on partnerships that foster awareness and greater information sharing as well as creating opportunities to improve CIBC’s brand awareness regarding Fusion concepts. This role is fundamental for managing and ensuring consistent messaging and driving engagement. You will organize and host internal events, develop key messaging, build presentation and roadmap decks, and track metrics.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
How You’ll Succeed
Partnership Management: Collaborate with peers both inside and outside the team when identifying, discussing, and resolving business issues related to the work area. You create presentation decks for executives and team leads to present both internally and externally and handle SharePoint content management in addition to managing the refresh of partnership distribution lists, plus staying apprised of organizational and industry changes. You also create and maintain strong relationships cross-functionally.
Awareness & Branding: You develop key messaging about capabilities and service offerings, coordinate and host all partnership and brand awareness events and build and manage communications calendars. You also manage Workplace channel.
Track Metrics and Latest Trends: Track metrics across channels to drive overall strategy and improvements and keep on top of latest trends in internal communications and branding to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Who You Are
You can demonstrate experience in: writing, editing, event management, compliance with brand standards, social media content delivery, PowerPoint. Basic video creation and editing experience is considered an asset.
