WHAT YOU’LL DO:
In the Parts Support Center role, you will be the go-to person to monitor and respond to eCommerce parts orders, as well as assisting customers with phone orders and answering any questions they have. Every day, you will ensure customers can place their online orders promptly and accurately, all in an effort to get them the parts they need and maximize their equipment uptime. To thrive in this role, you must be excellent at maintaining and building relationships with customers, detail-oriented, and have a winning attitude.
Candidates can reside in any state that Pape’ operates including OR, WA, ID, or NV. The work location will be based on the candidate’s address and what local Pape’ branch is closest to that area.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 5 years of dealership parts experience, preferably with John Deere parts and ordering procedures preferred.
- Past experience establishing and maintaining strategic B2B relationships in related industries preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal members.
- Good computer skills and basic familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and various search engines.
Compensation: $22.71-32.93/hr (Depending on Experience)
