DescriptionWe have an exciting new opportunity to supply a Parts warehouse assistant at Trane UK ltd, a worldwide air-conditioning company in their Basingstoke warehouse.You will be working 0800-1700 Monday – Friday with an hour unpaid lunch.Plenty of overtime available and on-going/permanent opportunities for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Parts on trolley to be re added to stock/shelves as may be required for other orders.
• To check/ pick Orders. (Can arrive at different times of day).
• Check new stock, to receipt-requires date/stamp. New parts to merge with parts pick/arrived on other dates.
• To make sure ALL new stock has a sticker with full/partial before adding to shelf.
• Will need to print picking list (ctrl p) on parts tracker to work from.
• To update parts tracker where needed. -essential to have all information updated regularly.
• To ship orders via APC/1ST Class, will require additional spreadsheets on excel for all parts orders.
• To ship all orders at deployers request, can email at short notice for emergencies.
• Housekeeping duties-to clear away any boxes not required, empty bins, sweep.
• To check Boxes and Tape monthly, may require new stock.
• Board in office will be required to be updated if all pallets are shipped as will need the information for invoicing. Will require all same days to be added to board.
• To tidy shelves when quiet to make sure all parts are easily accessible for picking.
• Carry out stock takes as required.
• To help the parts co Ordinator with duties of adding locations

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in Warehousing / Logistics
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Forklift License desirable but not essential
