Experience Needed:
- Proven leadership experience in a senior role within a school setting
- A track record of successful school improvement initiatives and raising standards of achievement
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strategic planning skills
- Strong understanding of current educational policies, practices, and developments
- Qualified Teacher Status and relevant leadership qualifications (NPQH or equivalent)
