You will be responsible for arranging your own diary and working peripatetically in order to best meet the needs of the pupils. This role will involve ensuring that pupils receive swift support to keep them safe, identify risks and initiate rapid action. You will need to be aware of safeguarding thresholds, referrals systems for support and be able to communicate effectively with agencies, pupils and parents. Days will be varied in order to meet the needs of the pupils.
