Patient Complaints Officer (Clerical Grád VI) – Quality & Risk DepartmentOverall Purpose of PostThe Complaints Officer role is the investigation of complaints in accordance with the hospital complaints policy in compliance with relevant legislation. This role is an integral part of the SIVUH’s provision of a quality service to patients and families. This role involves investigating complaints, working closely with the Multi-disciplinary Team, obtaining patient feedback and implementing initiatives for improvement. The Complaints Officer will ensure that all complaints are handled in a timely, sensitive, and professional manner.Please see attached Job Description for further information pertaining to the post.
