1 x FTC/Secondment (internal) , 6 Months- 2 days per weekThe post holder will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Department of Neurology at Northwick Park HospitalThe role will focus on supporting a positive patient experience within the services with a key emphasis on patient pathway tracking and validation to achieve RTT standards. The post holder will work closely with the service team and receive support and training as required to fulfil the role.Main duties of the job

  • To be responsible for providing administrative support to Clinical Teams
  • To ensure that every patient pathway is tracked to be diagnosed and treated as quickly as possible, ensuring this is achieved within relevant RTT standards.
  • Maintain an up-to-date record of patient tracking and escalations must be kept on the Trust database.
  • To support the Service Management team to ensure all administrative process are delivered including data and evidence collection for relevant national audits.
