Robert Half is seeking a Payroll Administrator who can process payroll and is proficient with Microsoft Office applications to fill a role with a company. A Payroll Administrator will report directly to a Payroll manager. Payroll Administrator is required to work Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. In addition, if you possess excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, this may be the right job for you. This position is an opportunity for career growth on a dedicated and passionate team.How you will make an impact– Execute relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports to circulate amongst department heads– Collect, calculate, and enter relevant data to maintain payroll records– Reconciling of employee deductions and other liabilities– Manage payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information– Draft reports by organizing all summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages– Proven analytical skills – defining problems, collecting relevant data, drawing valid conclusions, and recommending improvement/corrective actions– Well-informed in accounting principles and solid financial acumen– Proven knowledge of payroll taxes– Comprehensive knowledge of benefits payroll– 5+ years of Payroll experience– Accurate, swift, data entry abilitiesRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
