Get in touch with us to discuss in more detail.Payroll and Benefits AdviserReigate or London – HybridAbout the roleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll & Benefits Advisor to join our HR team, to provide key support to the Group Operations & Reward team in the delivery of payroll and benefits to Just.The role will also advise and support managers and employees on all payroll and benefit related matters ensuring the prompt and accurate payment of employees in line with HMRC regulations.ResponsibilitiesProcessing payroll and benefits on a monthly basis, ensuring an efficient and effective payroll service is provided.Maintain monthly payroll, including collating data for starters, leavers, employee benefits and salary sacrifice.Ensure all payroll data is accurate and that all audit records are correct.Manage and conduct regular checks to ensure accuracy of payroll database.Prepare and submit monthly reports to 3rd party providers.Provide a high level of customer service to employees and managers regarding payroll and benefit queries.Administration of New Starters, Leavers, Contractual Changes, Statutory Payments, absence, overtime.Administration of absence & statutory periods of leave.Administration of the Groups Pension Scheme & auto enrolment compliance, ensuring accurate deductions & payments are made.Administration of employee benefit changes.
