Here are your responsibilities:
– Manage the complete bi-weekly payroll cycle;
– Ensure compliance with tax and labor laws and regulations regarding payroll;
– Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the payroll database and process all updates/corrections to employee files;
– Support managers and employees with payroll-related requests and questions;
– Prepare mandatory annual reports for government agencies such as T4s and RL-1s;
– Prepare various reports as requested;
