PE InstructorPE Instructor for FE college from April 2024 ongoing – Watford, Hertfordshire – Instructors, teachers and Sports coaches welcome to apply – Temporary to permanent post.Are you an experienced PE Teacher, Lecturer or instructor looking for a role from April? Would you be interested in teaching at a specialist Sports College with leading facilities?Are you able to teach btec groups (25-30 in size) Do you have experience delivering btec Level 2 & 3 (OCR)?Linked with Local premiere league football clubs and Saracens the schools reputation offers an array of possibilities and stepping stones onto permanent contracts*** PE Instructor – Btec Level 2 & 3- ASAP*** Temporary to Permanent role at a popular and well run FE College*** Inclusive and high achieving intake School*** Time set aside for planning, marking and assessments*** Great team support and dynamic with proven and supportive leaderAbout the Opportunity – PE Instructor – Watford, HertfordshireA college with happy staff and engaging pupils who love sports are looking to appoint a PE specialist to teach across a range of keen to topics including Practical Sport, Sport and Technical Skills / Tactical Awareness. The site is superbly well resourced and works in partnership with several professional academies with athletes on roll. The college are looking for either experienced teachers or a degree educated professional with aspirations of teaching to inspire and lead their pupils through out the next academic year.To be successful – PE Instructor – Watford, Hertfordshire
- A recent PE or Sports Science Degree, QTS or QTLS (or to be awarded)
- The ability to motivate, engage and progress pupils from all backgrounds
- An understanding of BTEC, GCSE and A-Level teaching
- Excellent PE subject knowledge
- Desire to be a full-time class teacher
