Job descriptionPE Teacher – Bolton – SeptemberProspero Teaching is looking for a PE Teacher for a Secondary school in Bolton on a full time basis from September until Easter 2025.The school is a forward-thinking, popular mainstream Secondary School with a supportive PE department. The school are looking for someone with recent experience teaching PE or sport in a UK school. They will consider both ECTs and experienced teachers.It would be advantageous if you have been a coach of a hockey or netball team, although not essential.CONTRACT DETAILSLocation Bolton

Hours 8:15am 4pm, plus parents evenings and meetings as requiredEXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONSBachelor degree in a sport related subject
QTS, QTLS or equivalent
Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year
Up to date prevent awareness training issued in the last 3 years
Up to date FGM & behaviour management training issued in the last 3 yearsTO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
