Shift pattern: Varied shifts including mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends – all will be discussed at interview
Availability: Ideal candidate will be fully flexible, and able to work any days between Sunday and Saturday, between 08:00am – 21:30pm.

What will I be doing? As a P&C Assistant you are part of the People & Culture (P&C) Team and together you ensure that everything in the field of HR runs smoothly. To this end, you have daily contact with employees and (store) managers.
As an HR Assistant, it is your responsibility to ensure that the HR administration is in order and kept up to date. You do this by collecting information from various sources and processing it in multiple systems and overviews.
You will also be involved in various topics such as recruitment, personnel planning, absenteeism, performance management and payroll. You are also the first point of contact for employees for HR-related questions.
Previous HR experience may be beneficial for this role, but not essential.
