Just like our brands, we ensure our people have everything they need to succeed.OVERVIEW OF THE ROLEWe are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Data Insights Lead to serve as the key link between our central Data and Analytics team and HR Business Partners. In this role, you will drive the interpretation and use of HR data, collaborate with the central team to develop advanced analytics solutions, and support the evolution of self-service data tools using platforms like Tableau.The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of HR metrics, data systems architecture, and the ability to bridge the technical and operational worlds of data science and HR.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESData Interpretation & Reporting
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR Business Partners, identifying trends, patterns and translating data into actionable insights that address workforce-related challenges and opportunities.
- Lead the interpretation of existing HR data, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and relevance for decision-making.
- Work in partnership with the central data team to develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights into key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, headcount, recruitment, DE&I, and performance).
- Work with the central data team in developing Workday Prism to combine data from multiple sources to provide enhanced data analysis.
- Collaborate with the central data team in the design, layout and content of analytics reports for HR business partners, managers and senior leadership.
- Partner with the central data team in respect of future enhancements to help inform the roadmap and prioritisation of subsequent improvements.
Collaboration with Central Data & Analytics Team
- Partner with the central Data and Analytics team to design and develop advanced analytics solutions tailored to HR needs.
- Contribute to the evolution of data architecture, ensuring compatibility with HR systems and scalability for future requirements.
- Support the migration to advanced tools like Tableau and the democratization of data, making HR analytics accessible across the organization.
- Contribute to the continued evolution of Flutter Functions ‘scope’ from a data and reporting perspective, ensuring the central team understand the complexities of Flutter Functions and the multiple reporting ‘lens’ required to provide the required MI.
HR & Data Science Integration
- Act as a translator between HR and technical teams, ensuring mutual understanding of requirements, goals, and deliverables.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in HR analytics and recommend solutions to enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Provide training and support to HR stakeholders on interpreting and utilizing analytics tools effectively.
- Coordinate the use of Tableau for advanced data visualization and reporting.
- Work towards democratising data within the organization.
Experience & Knowledge
- Proven experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of common HR metrics, KPIs, and workforce trends.
- Knowledge of data and systems architecture, including relational databases and cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and familiarity data democratization is highly desirable.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, particularly with data science or analytics teams.
TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE
- Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights in a clear and actionable manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across technical and non-technical teams.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working in HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL is an advantage.
- Certifications in Tableau, data analytics, or HR-related disciplines are a plus.
