Your mission

A People Operations Manager oversees the end-to-end employee experience, acting as the operational backbone of our people department. The People Operations Manager is responsible for the successful execution of People processes and technologies to drive an efficient and optimal employee experience, while ensuring adherence to labor regulations.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage onboarding/offboarding logistics, managing all HR admin (contracts) and compliance during the entire employee lifecycle;
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on People related issues in their scope;
  • Oversee the HRIS system and ensure data accuracy and integrity;
  • Lead payroll processing, fleet management, management of benefits (e.g., mobility, insurance, meal vouchers) and oversee the Employer of Record (Deel) processes;
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations;
  • Develop and implement People policies and procedures that align with the organization’s goals and objectives;
  • Streamlining People processes and technologies, identify manual bottlenecks and implement automations to scale company operations and to reduce friction and save time;
  • Manage People projects and initiatives as assigned;
  • Monitor and analyze People metrics and provide regular reports on People operations and trends;
  • Partnering with Recruitment, People Partners, External Payroll providers, and Finance teams to ensure smooth operational alignment.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
  • 4+ years of experience in People operations, with at least 2 years in a fast-paced environment;
  • Thorough understanding of People best practices, BE/UK employment laws and regulations (US experience is a bonus);
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing People policies and procedures;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships within all levels of the organization;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze People metrics and provide insights and recommendations;
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills;
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
