- Educated degree level OR can demonstrate experience of working at an equivalent level.
- Formal project management training qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, APM, PMI) OR demonstrate experience of using project management methodologies.
- Evidence of continuous professional development and knowledge to post graduate diploma level or equivalent
Knowledge and ExperienceEssential
- Demonstrable project management experience
- Experience of influencing without direct authority
- Experience of leading projects in a challenging and complex environment
Desirable
- Demonstrable understanding of HR/workforce/people practices and software
- Understanding of the local NHS landscape and experience of aligning projects to national strategy.
- Experience of working collaboratively, involving multiple organisations.
