The People Services Team in the School of Medicine is a friendly and welcoming team looking to appoint a People Services Coordinator to cover a period of maternity leave. This post is available to start from 1 August 2024.You will provide senior administrative support, managing HR processes within the People Services Team, a key central team in the School of Medicine. You will work through a Business Partner model delivering excellence service to the School. You will be responsible for recruitment and the provision of advice on HR processes. You will also coordinate crucial processes, setting and communicating timelines to ensure each process is managed and completed within the timeframes set by the School/University, managing each process through to completion.Your ability to be proactive and continually improve will ensure our processes are lean, effective, and deliver an excellent customer service.Hybrid working available.The post is offered on a fixed-term contract, available from 1 August 2024 to 31 July 2025. Hours of work are full-time (36.25 hours per week); however, applications are also welcome from candidates wishing to work part-time (minimum 29 hours per week).
