You’ll be in charge of all aspects of the onboarding and employee lifecycle journey. But there’s more to it than day to day admin!You’ll be the go-to person for Hiring Managers, Line Managers, Staff and Candidates, providing assistance and guidance throughout every step in the process. From onboarding candidates to investigating pay queries, you’ll ensure every detail is flawlessly executed and in line with policy and legal requirements.Collaboration is key! Working closely across teams, you’ll create a seamless journey for everyone. - Assisting our Hiring Managers will be your top priority! From helping with suitable start dates, validating ID documents, handling reference responses, or providing advice. You’ll be the backbone of their onboarding experience.
- You won’t miss a beat when it comes to the candidate journey! Proactively managing, monitoring, and tracking progress, you’ll keep everyone up-to-date.
- You’ll drive efficiency administering all pre-employment checks with speed and accuracy, you’ll ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Let your precision and efficiency shine as you process internal moves, routine and complex terms and conditions changes
- Ensure our employees feel valued by delivering precise and prompt responses to queries
- Use your attention to detail to ensure all queries relating to absence and pay are investigated and resolved. Refusing to take surface level explanations, you’ll get to the route of each case.
- Collaborating with teams, you’ll escalate any issues, navigate HR and Applicant Tracking systems, and contribute to continual process improvement
To be a successful Administrator, you’ll:
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail
- Exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills
- Display strong organizational and time management abilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service, adept at handling inquiries which may need interpretation
- Build productive relationships with internal stakeholders
